มหาวิทยาลัยเซาว์แทมตันมีหอพักกว่า 20 แห่งและรองรับนักศึกษาได้ 5,000 คน มหาวิทยาลัยการันตีที่พักให้กับนักศึกษาต่างชาติทุกคน โดยมีข้อแม้ว่าต้องส่งใบสมัครก่อน 1 August ของทุกปี ผู้ที่ส่งใบสมัครหลังวันนี้อาจต้องหาที่พักเอกชนในกรณีที่หอพักเต็ม นักศึกษาที่ได้รับการตอบรับจากหอพักต้องยืนยันและมัดจำบางส่วนภายใน 7 วันมิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
