University of East Anglia หรือ UEA ตั้งอยู่ที่เมือง Norwich (นอริช) ทางตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของลอนดอน สามารถเดินทางจากลอนดอนโดยรถไฟความเร็วสูง ใช้เวลาเพียง 1.45 ชั่วโมง มหาวิทยาลัย East Anglia แรกก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1960 ปัจจุบันมีนักเรียนลงทะเบียนอยู่ประมาณ 14,600 คนโดย 3,955 คนเป็นนักเรียนปริญญาโทขึ้นไป และ 2,928 คน เป็นนักเรียนต่างชาติ

University of East Anglia ถือเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งแรกที่มีการเปิดสอนหลักสูตร A-Level ในตัวมหาวิทยาลัยเอง การเรียนการสอนมีความเข้มข้นโดยเฉพาะด้าน Medicine, Health Sciences, Sciences, Business, Law and Social Science
อนึ่ง มหาวิทยาลัย East Anglia มีความโดดเด่นมากในสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ แพทยศาสตร์ เภสัชศาสตร์ และทันตแพทยศาสตร์ เป็นศูนย์กลางสถาบันการวิจัยที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในทวีปยุโรป มี Medical Centre ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางมหาวิทยาลัย Sport Centre ขนาดใหญ่มีหน้าผาจำลอง และสระว่ายน้ำขนาดโอลิมปิก Art Gallery ตึกห้องสมุดเปิด 24/7 และโรงพยาบาล Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals ใกล้มหาวิทยาลัย นักเรียนที่เรียนหลักสูตรแพทย์ศาสตร์ของที่นี่จะได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์การเรียนการสอนที่ไม่เหมือนใคร
