โปรแกรม International Foundation Year ที่ INTO, University of Manchester เป็นหลักสูตรสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติ รวมถึงนักศึกษาไทยที่ต้องการเรียนต่อระดับปริญญาตรีที่ประเทศอังกฤษ เนื่องจากการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาของประเทศไทยใช้เวลาเรียนน้อยกว่าประเทศ อังกฤษ 1 ปี นักศึกษาไทยจึงถูกกำหนดให้ต้องเรียนหลักสูตร Foundation 1 ปีก่อนเพื่อปรับความรู้ ทั้งนี้ไม่ได้ทำให้เสียเวลาเรียนแต่อย่างใด เพราะ มหาวิทยาลัยของอังกฤษใช้เวลาเรียนในระดับปริญญาตรีเพียง 3 ปีเท่านั้น พิเศษกับโปรแกรม Headstart ที่ INTO University of Manchester เท่านั้นที่เปิดสอน

Headstart Foundation คืออะไร

สำหรับนักเรียนที่ตั้งใจเริ่มเรียนคอร์ส Foundation ในเดือนกันยายน คอร์สระยะเวลา 2 อาทิตย์นี้จะช่วยนักเรียนปรับตัวเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนในประเทศอังกฤษ ไม่เพียงแต่ด้านวิชาการ แต่ยังรวมถึงสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ประวัติศาสตร์ ช่วยนักเรียนให้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประเทศอังกฤษ และปรับพื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษทุกทักษะตั้งแต่การพูด การอ่าน การเขียน และการฟัง
